Bilingual Customer Service Representative

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN ROSENBERG, TX Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rosenberg, Texas. This individual will be responsible for managing a large number of incoming customer calls, identifying and addressing needs to achieve customer satisfaction, and following communication procedures, guidelines and practices. The ideal candidate will possess customer care/call center experience, effective listening skills, communication skills, and previous utility experience. Pay, Schedule, and Location $17/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Located in Rosenberg, Texas Duties and Responsibilities Effectively manage a large number of incoming customer calls.
