Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, both in person and over the phone. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and various online insurance platforms with proficiency. Accurately document and update customer interactions and policy information in a timely manner. Manage and service existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Assist new leads and prospective clients in obtaining insurance policies tailored to their needs. Requirements Previous experience in the insurance industry is required. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Great at multitasking and organizational skills.
