Educational Foundation: A high school diploma or GED is essential. Empathetic Diplomacy: A high level of trust, diplomacy, courtesy, and tact are paramount, especially when handling personal or sensitive matters. Exceptional Skills: Good listening, telephone skills, and proficiency with a 10-key calculator, typewriter, and computer keyboard are a must.
