A busy and successful Veterinary Practice in Mattoon is in search of an enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join the team. If you have the following qualifications apply today!

What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. Your role is essential in creating a positive experience and keeping our practice running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and patients with a warm and professional attitude
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing reminders
• Checking in/out clients and processing payments
• Assisting with client communications, prescription refills, and medical records
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Supporting the veterinary team with general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience (veterinary preferred, but not required)
• Friendly, professional, and compassionate communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A love for animals and a desire to be part of a team that makes a difference

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full time opening at 38-40 hours per week. Our amazing team members can expect competitive pay! The starting range for this position is $16 to $17 per hour, dependent upon education and/or experience.
