Craig & Craig, LLC is accepting applications for a Clerical/Legal Assistant in the Mattoon, IL office.
The hours for this position are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. This is a full-time, in-person position. Salary commensurate with experience.
The Clerical/Legal Assistant provides legal support to attorneys and office support to all staff members. This position combines general legal assistant duties with responsibility for front desk phone coverage, client billing, and document filing.
The position requires the applicant to have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat PDF reader. The role requires excellent communication skills, attentive to detail, reliable, ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment, strong math skills, and committed to client confidentiality.
