Strategic HR Manager — Ministry People & Culture Leader

Christian Healthcare Ministries is seeking an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR programs and advance the ministry's people strategy. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding employee relations, performance management, compliance, and development initiatives.
