Strategic HR Director: People, Compliance & Growth

Foxtrot Aviation Services is seeking an HR Director who will be the senior human resources leader, owning HR strategy, multi-state employment-law compliance, risk management, benefits strategy, and workforce planning. You will report to executive leadership, set policy and direction, and guide the most critical employment decisions. You will lead HR policy across locations, manage HR systems, reviews metrics, and partner with operations to strengthen safety culture in safety-sensitive #J-18808-Ljbffr Foxtrot Aviation Services
