Experience Required: Recent Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma experience

Licensure: Drivers license required at submittal to verify distance from the facility

Exam Requirements: RNs must pass an open book exam during orientation with a score of at least 90%

Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center

Charge Nurse Presence: Yes, there is a charge nurse on each shift

Additional Requirements: RNs are required to read and interpret their own monitor strips
