Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and efficient care to patients in the emergency room.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Float as necessary to support staffing needs in various departments.
• Administer required drips and medications according to protocols.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using EPIC charting system.
• Ensure safety and compliance with organization policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Nebraska or pending license at submission time.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a large urban hospital setting.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting system required.
• Comfortable working with behavioral health patient populations.
• Experience in Level I Trauma Center required.
