The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care during patients' hospital stays, assessing, managing, and coordinating treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Responsibilities Include Performing thorough assessments, documenting findings, and evaluating patient needs. Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and physician orders. Administering medications, monitoring patient responses, and coordinating care interventions. Providing patient and family education, discharge planning, and engaging with multidisciplinary teams. Recognizing clinical changes, ensuring safety, infection control, and compliance with policies. Delivering respectful, high-quality service with effective communication, confidentiality, and professionalism. Participating in performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and team collaboration. Providing age-appropriate care for adult and geriatric patients, promoting cost-effective practices, and maintaining a safe environment. Qualifications and skills: Licensed RN in applicable states with current BLS certification. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing demands, and uphold safety and infection control standards.
