Front Desk Administrative Assistant

To provide a warm, professional first impression, manage the front desk, and offer administrative support, ensuring smooth daily office operations and excellent customer service for clients and staff.

Administrative Support: Schedule appointments/meetings, manage calendars, file, photocopy, data entry, and prepare documents.

Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages.

Office Maintenance: Keep reception area, common areas (kitchen, conference rooms), and supplies stocked and tidy.

Monitor front desk access and follow safety procedures.

Support: Assist other departments with clerical tasks and event coordination as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of prior relatable experience. Technical: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), experience with office equipment (phones, printers). Personal: Professional attitude and appearance, proactive, team player.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
