Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, consultative Beauty Sales Representative to grow a professional skincare and aesthetics territory throughout either the CO/UT territory or OR/WA territory. This field-based role develops trusted partnerships with dermatology practices, medical spas, plastic surgery offices, aestheticians, and other professional skincare providers.

The ideal candidate brings a disciplined approach to prospecting, a talent for account development, and a passion for customer education. You will introduce innovative skincare solutions, expand adoption among existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver measurable territory growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for professional skincare and aesthetics accounts across your territory.
• Achieve or exceed sales, revenue, new-account, and customer-retention goals.
• Prospect, qualify, open, and grow new business with dermatology offices, medical spas, plastic surgeons, aestheticians, and related professional customers.
• Build lasting relationships with providers, practice managers, key decision-makers, and office staff.
• Deliver compelling product presentations, education sessions, account reviews, and business-building recommendations.
• Manage an assigned account portfolio, prioritizing activity by customer potential, strategic fit, and growth opportunity.
• Maintain effective call plans, account plans, sales forecasts, and territory performance reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, education, and cross-functional partners to implement campaigns, promotions, training, and customer-development initiatives.
• Keep CRM records current and accurate, including customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, orders, and account notes.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and recommend action.
• Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
• Properly manage territory samples, sales materials, devices, and other company resources.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.
• 2 + years of successful sales, account management, business development, or territory-management experience in the professional channel that includes Derm Offices, Med Spas, Aestheticians, Plastic Surgeons, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, establish new accounts, expand customer relationships, and close business.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to interpret sales performance, prioritize accounts, and make data-informed territory decisions.
• Current residence in, or the ability to consistently and effectively cover, the San Francisco territory.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned territory and lift up to 30 pounds.

Preferred Experience

Experience in professional beauty, skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, medical device, pharmaceutical, or consultative B2B sales is preferred. Experience calling on dermatology practices, physician-dispensed skincare providers, medical spas, plastic surgery offices, or professional aesthetics accounts is highly valued.
