Job Description
Join a growing manufacturing team as a Material Handler and play an essential role in supporting production and shipping operations. This position is responsible for safely moving materials throughout the facility, supplying production areas, and ensuring inventory and materials are properly stored and transported. The ideal candidate has previous forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
· Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility
· Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
· Transport materials to production and shipping areas as needed
· Maintain accurate inventory and material counts
· Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
· Assist with staging and preparing materials for shipment
· Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
· Support other departments and complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Previous forklift experience required
· Ability to successfully complete forklift certification training if needed
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
· Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
· Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

The base salary range for this position is $19 per hour , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
