At Paul Davis, we dont just rebuild spaces - we restore comfort, function, and style when people need it most. Were looking for a Designer who can take a vision and turn it into a thoughtful, functional, and visually compelling reality.

This isnt a siloed design role. Youll be at the center of it all; working with clients, Sales, and Project Managers to shape spaces from concept through completion.

What Youll Do

Youll blend creativity with practicality to deliver designs that work in the real world.

• Meet with clients and guide them through selectionscabinetry, countertops, flooring, finishes, fixtures, and more
• Develop design concepts and layouts (CAD experience is a plus, but not required)
• Partner closely with Sales and Project Managers to align design with scope, budget, and timeline
• Recommend solutions that balance aesthetics, function, and cost
• Manage ordering of materials and coordinate with vendors to keep projects moving
• Support projects from start to finishanswering questions and helping solve design challenges along the way
• Maintain and elevate our showroomkeeping it organized, current, and inspiring
• Stay on top of trends, materials, and new products to bring fresh ideas to the table

• Youre organized and can manage multiple projects without dropping details
• Youre curious, you like researching trends and finding better solutions
• Youre comfortable balancing creativity with budgets and timelines

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in design, remodeling, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and basic construction concepts
• CAD or design software experience is a plus
• Valid drivers license and ability to visit job sites as needed
