Director, IT Data and AI Product Owner - Clinical Development

Responsibilities
- Define and lead multi-year product strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled clinical development capabilities
- Partner with clinical leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities and develop business cases
- Establish and scale product operating model for consistent delivery across initiatives
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, backlog items, and architectural considerations
- Drive change management, user adoption, and stakeholder communications for solution implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or Master's/PhD with 10+ years in relevant field
- Deep understanding of clinical development processes, trial operations, and data management
- Proven experience leading AI/data product portfolios and cross-functional teams
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement and influence capabilities
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
- Knowledge of AI/data platforms such as AWS or Databricks
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments
Compensation: $226,185–$292,710 base
