This role includes operating and working with:Dump trucks (single, tandem, tri-axle)Loaders, rollers, and backhoesAsphalt pavers and sweepersSnow blowers and plowsChain saws, jackhammers, and moreMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver's LicenseAND EITHER:Possession of a Class A CDL with N endorsementORExperience operating construction, maintenance, agricultural, or similar equipment (such as dump trucks, loaders, or heavy equipment) AND the ability to obtain a Wisconsin Class A CDL with N endorsement within 6–12 months of hirePreferred QualificationsClass A CDL with N endorsementExperience in street maintenance, construction, or public worksExperience operating equipment such as tandem dump trucks, loaders, or similarWhat It Takes to SucceedAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsComfort with physical work (lifting, bending, operating equipment)Willingness to respond to emergencies outside normal hoursStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to safely learn and operate a variety of equipmentNo CDL?
