Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Delaware Educator Certification
  • Proven experience as a School Psychologist within educational settings
  • Solid understanding of psychoeducational assessment and intervention
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
  • Provide direct counseling and support to students as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions and programs
  • Participate in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Advocate for student needs and promote positive mental health across the school community
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with all relevant regulations
