General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney for its Miami, Florida office. This role offers an opportunity to gain expertise in Personal Injury, focusing on General Liability. The attorney will make critical decisions and contribute significantly to the firm's success while working alongside experienced lawyers. Duties Handle all pre-litigation work daily. Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process. Guide clients through the case process. Draft and file pre-litigation documents. Complete TD approval for liability issues. Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation. Manage the release approval process. Supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive. Drive compliance and KPIs among the team. Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association. 1+ years of personal injury experience. Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active membership with the Florida State Bar Association. Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and client service skills. Proficient in drafting and filing legal documents. Ability to oversee settlement negotiations effectively.
