About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join their team. This is a pivotal role, as the CRO will be responsible for the entire go-to-market strategy, including sales, customer success, and revenue operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with scaling the company and must be prepared to build and lead a multi-layer commercial organization. A key aspect of the role is to translate the product roadmap into a revenue engine, so a deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud, or AI/ML product categories is essential. The CRO will also be expected to have executive presence and the credibility to represent the company to the board, investors, and C-level buyers. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 5 years in a senior revenue leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a company through a significant revenue inflection point and experience in building and leading multi-layer sales organizations. The role is highly strategic and requires the ability to work closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team. The CRO will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and must be adept at installing and managing the operating rhythm of the commercial organization.
