Responsibilities could include any or all of the following:Laundry OperationsReceive, inspect, sort, dry clean, press, iron, spot clean, and hand-clean rental garments, accessories, and shoes in accordance with established processes and quality standardsQuality Control (QC)Inspect, sort, and verify garments, accessories, and shoes to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and presentationInventory items to assigned locations and escalate quality issues as neededOutbound FulfillmentPick, pack, quality-check, label, and stage orders for shipmentEnsure packaged garments are prepared accurately and protected for shippingInventory SupportReceive, audit, and maintain accurate inventoryVerify incoming shipments and ensure proper inventory placementWarehouse Operations & SafetyMove and transport items to designated work areasAssist with palletizing and loading shipmentsEnsure items are stored, packed, and stacked according to OSHA and company safety standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualifications & requirements:Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and reachingAbility to lift up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to meet or exceed required productivity rates without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or safety standardsComfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for 8 - 10 hours per dayMotivated, dependable, and committed to attendance and punctualityAvailable to work scheduled shifts and required overtime during peak periodsAble to read in English or SpanishHigh school diploma or equivalentReliable transportation to and from workAble to pass a criminal background checkWhat we offer:Climate-controlled work environmentPaid, on-the-job trainingFlexible work hoursOpportunities to learn new skills and grow within operationsSupportive leadership and team-oriented cultureHigh employee satisfactionEligibility to Work in the United StatesApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
