Position Overview As a Receiving Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy, identifying product damage, and organizing inventory for efficient storage and fulfillment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that’s ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team. Schedule & Availability 40–50 hours per week, depending on business needs Availability required between 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM , Monday–Saturday Rotating Saturdays (two on, one off) Occasional Sunday shifts as needed What You’ll Do Unload trucks and receive incoming shipments Inspect products for accuracy and damage Accurately receive and put away inventory Use warehouse systems to track and locate products Maintain an organized and efficient receiving area Communicate professionally with delivery drivers and team members Follow all safety procedures and operate equipment safely What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (inventory systems experience is a plus) Experience with Sellercloud and Skustack preferred Warehouse or receiving experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Adaptability and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Regularly lift 20–30lbs.; occasionally up to 50–70lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Safe operation of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Why Join Esbenshade’s?
