This is an in-office position, but we are open to HYBRID Salary: $35000.00 - $40000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Offered Mon-Fri Schedule (Evenings Off) Paid Holidays Off Team Building Activities Equipment Provided Life Insurance Supplemental Insurance Medical Insurance or Stipend Responsibilities Able to prioritize and organize your days with tasks, such as making renewal calls to retain current clients. Build relationships with our clients easily as you answer phones, update client information or policies, and educate and advise clients. Maintain a positive attitude when making calls to retain clients, conducting policy reviews, cross-selling, and account rounding. Must be coachable, enthusiastic, and a team player. Requirements No college degree required Must have a current Property and Casualty License 2-3 Years of Insurance customer service experience Basic computer software knowledge Written/Verbal communication skills Professional office and phone etiquette Company Description The Abney Group, Inc is a growing and fast paced agency!
