Responsibilities Supervise the housekeeping team: lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas. Oversee room readiness: assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting any discrepancies. Oversee operational logistics: monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program. Coordinate maintenance needs: partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues. Support housekeeping operations: perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels.
