Greenbriar Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Greenbriar Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a nurse leader to manage nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care on the assigned unit. You will supervise nursing assistants, oversee adherence to policies, and contribute to staff development while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role includes coordinating care plans, participating in facility surveys, and assisting with discharge planning.
