Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RN license with current credentials to practice
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a CVOR setting
• BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Demonstrated proficiency with cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of cardiovascular OR cases, ensuring patient safety and surgical team efficiency
• Prepare OR suites, manage sterile supplies, and support surgical staff throughout procedures
• Monitor patient status, advocating for safety and best practices at every stage
• Document care accurately and maintain clear communication with the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in continuing education and process improvement initiatives

$2,759 - $2,918/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
