Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective patient care throughout the surgical process, ensuring best outcomes before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and perioperative staff to optimize patient care
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions while adhering to strict protocols and standards
• Maintain sterile environments, manage operating room equipment, and troubleshoot potential issues
• Educate patients and families, ensuring clear communication regarding perioperative care

Qualifications:

• Current RN license, valid for practice in Oregon
• A minimum of one year Operating Room RN experience (hospital OR preferred)
• BLS/ACLS certifications (other certifications may be required depending on assignment)
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
