Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new healthcare partners—including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers—and nurturing long-term relationships to drive patient loan referrals and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Hospital Relationship Management Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with hospital management, doctors, finance departments, patient coordinators, and support staff. Act as the primary point of contact for all hospital stakeholders regarding CarePal Money (patient financing) and ImpactGuru (crowdfunding) offerings. Conduct regular on-site visits to assigned hospitals to ensure high visibility and recall for CarePal Group’s services. Drive awareness of patient financing and crowdfunding solutions within the hospital ecosystem through in-person meetings, standees, brochures, and staff training. Patient Engagement & Lead Generation Engage directly with patients and their families at the hospital premises to understand their financial needs during medical emergencies. Generate leads by identifying financially stressed patients and offering suitable solutions via CarePal Money (instant medical loans) or ImpactGuru (medical crowdfunding). Explain loan and crowdfunding eligibility, process, documentation, and benefits to patients in a compassionate and empathetic manner. Guide patients through the application process—assist with documentation, form submissions, and connect them with internal support teams for faster closures. #J-18808-Ljbffr Impact Guru
