What You'll Lead

• Oversee daily operations across all skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and long-term care facilities.

• Ensure facilities consistently exceed regulatory and accreditation standards.

Building the Future of Senior Care

• Lead modernization efforts including technology adoption, workforce innovation, and operational transformation.

• Develop scalable operating models that support growth and acquisition integration.

Workforce Excellence

• Partner with facility administrators and clinical leaders to strengthen staffing stability.

Financial & Operational Performance

• Drive occupancy growth, labor optimization, and financial performance.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Quality & Compliance Leadership

• Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, infection prevention, and risk management programs.

• Lead organization-wide initiatives focused on resident safety and quality improvement.

• Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
