Key Responsibilities Direct Instruction: Deliver engaging, data-driven math lessons to diverse classes of 7th-grade students. Curriculum Alignment: Implement a rigorous curriculum aligned with state standards, focusing on rational numbers, equations, and statistics. Differentiation: Modify lessons to support students with IEPs/504 plans while providing extension activities for advanced learners. Assessment & Analysis: Design formative and summative assessments, analyze performance data, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
