As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, including in-home, in school, and community settings. Compensation BT Rate: $22-$25/hour RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour Paid training opportunities available Career growth encouraged and supported Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in a variety of settings Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA Collect data and document client progress Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment Communicate with families and supervisors effectively About the Role As a Behavior Technician at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
