Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $28.90 – $41.00 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000!
• Shift Differentials:
• 7am-3pm on weekends: +$1.25/hour
• 3pm-11pm: +$2.00/hour (Mon-Thu); +$3.00/hour (Fri-Sun)
• 11pm-7am: +$4.00/hour (Mon-Thu); +$5.00/hour (Fri-Sun)
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate nursing care to diverse patient populations, including youth, adults, and older adults
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on discharge, after-care, and health management
• Ensure a safe, secure environment for patients and staff in both individual and group settings
• Document and report all patient care activities accurately and according to policies
• Monitor for safety risks and communicate concerns promptly to physicians
• Delegate and coordinate staff assignments, promoting ongoing staff development
• Uphold standards of practice and contribute to process improvements in patient care

What You Need

• Valid Michigan RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior RN experience (preferably across multiple settings)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment
