• Shift: Full-time, 3rd shift (12-hour shifts; days/times available)
• Hours/week: 36 hours (full-time)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• License/Certifications: Valid RN license in Michigan, CPR, BLS
• Experience: Prior behavioral health/nursing experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $28.90 - $41.00 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 - $12,000 (eligible candidates)
• Shift Differentials:
  • Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm: +$1.25/hour
  • Monday-Thursday 3pm-11pm: +$2.00/hour
  • Friday-Sunday 3pm-11pm: +$3.00/hour
  • Monday-Thursday 11pm-7am: +$4.00/hour
  • Friday-Sunday 11pm-7am: +$5.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Assess patients' care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and observation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately
• Maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment
• Support recovery-focused and person-centered care models

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• CPR and BLS certification
• Experience working in behavioral health or mental health settings preferred
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
