Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $28.90 to $41.00 based on experience
• Shift differentials:
  • 7am-3pm: +$1.25/hr on weekends
  • 3pm-11pm: +$2.00/hr (Monday-Thursday), +$3.00/hr (Fri-Sun)
  • 11pm-7am: +$4.00/hr (Monday-Thursday), +$5.00/hr (Fri-Sun)
• Sign-on bonus of up to $12,000

What You'll Do

• Assess and monitor patients' mental health and behavioral needs
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate and support patients' families regarding care and discharge planning
• Provide a safe, caring environment in individual and group settings
• Document and report patient progress and care activities accurately
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and organizational policies
• Lead and support staff, promoting continuous professional development
• Uphold the mission of the organization through compassionate, professional care

What You Need

• Valid registered nurse license in Michigan
• Experience in behavioral or mental health nursing preferred
• CPR, BLS certifications
• Strong communication and compassionate care skills

• Prior experience with psychiatric or behavioral health populations
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership qualities
