Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $28.90 - $41.00 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $8,000 - $12,000
• Shift Differentials:
  • 7am-3pm: +$1.25/hr on weekends
  • 3pm-11pm: +$2.00/hr Mon-Thurs, +$3.00/hr Fri-Sun
  • 11pm-7am: +$4.00/hr Mon-Thurs, +$5.00/hr Fri-Sun

What You'll Do

• Assess the mental health care needs of diverse patient populations
• Develop and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide supervision and oversight to licensed and non-licensed staff
• Educate patients and families on discharge, after-care planning, and ongoing support
• Document all patient care activities following facility policies
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for patients and staff
• Promote a recovery-focused, person-centered approach in all interactions

What You Need

• Required: Active RN license in Michigan; previous mental health or behavioral health experience; CPR/BLS certification
• Preferred: Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings, crisis intervention skills
• Key Skills: Compassion, communication, teamwork, adaptability, documentation accuracy
