Supervisor, Billing

Overview Job Description Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing Oversee billing process and work with internal/external team to resolve issues Reconcile billing totals with client Research and resolve client billing problems/issues Process invoice back-up files for Finance Team Process Credits and track discounts Generate Weekly/Monthly Financial Reports for internal team/management Evaluate COGS and inventory costs. Report out to management teams on monthly Day 3 call (revenue/costs against forecast) Track net sales rates and trends by line of business Request purchase orders, project tracking numbers, and review/approve time entries QC all billing files and invoices Be available first few days of each month. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide valuable insights to senior management for informed decision-making. Prepare and present reports, charts, and data visualizations to effectively communicate findings. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
