VIP Manager

Job Summary The VIP Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the VIP guest experience, ensuring the highest level of personalized service, satisfaction, and attention to detail. This leadership role works collaboratively with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, and Executive Management to ensure that all VIP arrivals, stays, and departures are seamless and exceed brand standards. Education & Experience Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Luxury Service within hospitality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual or multilingual preferred. Ability to handle confidential information and high-profile guests with discretion. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in hotel property management systems (PMS), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
