Quality Director Lead and manage NQA-1, ISO 9001, and quality management systems (QMS). Lead and manage NQA-1, ISO 9001, and quality management systems (QMS) Serve as the quality leader on the executive team, influencing strategic decisions Drive internal audits, external audits, compliance, and regulatory adherence Oversee corrective actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and nonconformance systems Partner with operations to improve manufacturing quality, on-time delivery, and process control Lead continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality initiatives Ensure compliance with ASME, AWS, NDE, and customer specifications This isn\'t a check-the-box role. You will influence how quality is executed across the entire organization.
