Private Banking Job Opportunity

Private Banking is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the Portfolio Management Services Team. The Portfolio Management Service Team is a highly-coveted group of quick-thinking, problem solving individuals within SEI that set a high bar of superior customer service and project management within the US Private Banking Business.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting client suite of Portfolio Management Products

• Incorporating workflows, procedures and outputs that will serve as the base offering for our clients

• Troubleshooting clients questions regarding portfolio management functionality

• Resolve time-critical trading, reporting and day to day trading activities

• Training and Documentation of Procedures

• Coordinating communication with external and internal partners to ensure consistent and efficient support for platform delivery and product development teams related to the clients portfolio management needs

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the Financial Industry

• Industry knowledge of portfolio management trading and workflows

Preferred Skills

• Strong relationship management skills

• Strong technical proficiency and communication skills

• Strong time management skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Ability to concurrently perform multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to role and organizational changes • Patience

Experience with the following is preferred, but not required:

• Experience in Advent Moxy /Axys Products

• Experience in SEI systems including PME, SEI Wealth Platform and Trust 3000 • Microsoft Office Suite of products

• SQL or Enterprise Manager
