Cook- Competitive Pay! Flexible Shifts

Mecklenburg Health & Rehabilitation

Job Description

Assists in all areas of meal preparation while following standardized recipes and established food handling, preparation and meal service time schedules and standards. Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth meal service. Performs final plate preparation, including plating and garnishing.

Maintains sanitation standards, follow HACCP guidelines, and federal regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

ServeSafe certification preferred but not required.
