Length of Assignment: 8 weeks

Hours per Week: 36 hours

Shift and Time: Night: 19:00-7:00

Schedule Details: Full time; 12 hour Nights Monday-Thursday/ Tuesday-Thursday schedule rotation

Weekend Rotation: Set Schedule

On-call Requirements: n/a

Holidays Requirements: Yes, as needed for unit coverage

Experience Required: 1(+) year(s) previous GERI LPN experience

Experience Preferred: PCC experience strongly preferred

License Required: Active NC Licensed Practical Nursing License

Required Certificates: BLS
