Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Maryland physical therapy license or compact eligibility required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience preferred. This includes experience with patient evaluations, treatment planning, and in-home safety assessments.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) required. Familiarity with common home health outcome measures and OASIS documentation is preferred.
• Valid driver‘s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned geographic region.
