Field Service Technician

On target earnings between $45K–$90K annually. Pre-set appointments. Onsite, hands on training. Ongoing support and continued education. Company provided vehicle & fuel card. As a Field Service Technician, you will: Inspects work previously completed by the company. Recommends additional products and services that may improve the original installation, address customer concerns, or resolve newly identified issues within the home. Follows up with customers throughout the service process to ensure all concerns are fully addressed and resolved. Completes all required paperwork, data entry, and follow-up communications accurately and in a timely manner. Maintains a clean and professional work area, taking proactive steps to leave the customer’s home as clean as, or better than it was found. Safely and efficiently unloads, cleans, and organizes the company vehicle and equipment upon returning to the facility. Field Service Technician Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in the construction trades. Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred. Ability to operate a phone/apps/tablet. Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials or on a screen up to 75% of the time. Able to lift or move up to 100 lb. occasionally, and/or up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects. Can stay upright/stand up to 100% of the time. Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces. A valid driver’s license safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company.
