Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns, including talent sourcing, interviews, and offers
• Develop strong university partnerships to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver an effective recruitment and candidate experience
• Promote the employer brand throughout the university recruitment process
• Support university recruitment programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet recruiting deadlines and goals
• Develop recruitment presentations, reports, and related materials
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring partners, and university stakeholders
• Travel domestically during peak recruiting cycles as required

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelors Degree
