The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and configuration of Digital Compliance Assets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of UniCredit's daily banking operations. What you'll be doing Design, configure and maintain Oracle FCCM products licensed to UniCredit, develop SQL scripts (Oracle DB), ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of the tool. Design and configure integration with related Infrastructure, developing and configuration of shells scripts, NAS and source mapping configuration and integration Collaborate with stakeholders, including technical analysts and groups of work to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development/configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Conduct code/configuration reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to ensure the stability and scalability of solution. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including vendor developers, testers, and system administrators, to coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the system performance and efficiency. Contribute to technical specifications redaction, procedures and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies to increase productivity and quality of deliverables. Proactively identify opportunities for automation and optimization to streamline daily banking operations and enhance customer experience. Adhere to UniCredit's policies and procedures, including security guidelines and coding standards, to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Developer and DB Administrator, with a good knowledge in shell scripts, unix, relational Database technology (Oracle, MS SQL Server) technologies in the banking or financial services industry and SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval. Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git) for collaborative development and version control. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of cloud solutions (OCI is an advantage) and integration between on premise and cloud application. Senior: 6+ years of experience in similar role.
