As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. DayTime Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established site protocols.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor access procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
- Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
