POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy high-impact AI-driven applications and enterprise integrations. This role focuses on developing LLM-powered solutions utilizing robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and tool-calling architectures to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will bring strong core engineering capabilities along with hands-on experience in cloud architectures and AI testing frameworks.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain robust LLM-powered applications using Python or Node/TypeScript.
Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and tool-calling architectures.
Integrate enterprise APIs, systems, and cloud services (Azure or equivalent).
Execute comprehensive AI testing methodologies to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable technical implementations.
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD deployment pipeline maintenance, and continuous software improvement.

REQUIRED SKILLS

5+ years of software engineering experience.
Core programming expertise in Python or Node/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG architectures, and tool-calling integrations.
Experience integrating enterprise APIs and cloud platforms (Azure or equivalent).
AI Testing experience.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

Copilot Studio, LangChain/LangGraph, DeepAgents, and Multi-agent architectures.
Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Microsoft Graph integration.
Vector databases and AI security and governance.
GitHub CI/CD, Hosted Agents, and GitHub Advanced Security.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

An experienced Software Engineer with 5 7 years of overall technical experience and a strong background in productionizing modern AI solutions. The candidate should demonstrate a methodical engineering mindset, strong API integration capabilities, and experience operating effectively within cloud and enterprise environments.
