Crew Chief

Crew ChiefSERVPRO of Bountiful is hiring a dependable, experienced Crew Chief to lead mitigation crews and deliver outstanding service to customers during property-loss events. This is a full-time, customer-facing leadership role for someone who can keep a crew moving, uphold quality and safety standards, and help customers through difficult situations.What You'll DoLead a small team of mitigation technicians and keep the crew organized, productive, and on task.Manage day-to-day mitigation work at customer job sites.Assist with water, fire, smoke, and odor mitigation services as assigned.Set up, monitor, and remove drying and air-quality equipment.Maintain clean, organized job sites and company equipment.Document job progress, equipment, photos, and required job information.Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, project managers, and the SERVPRO team.Maintain quality standards, safety procedures, and strong customer satisfaction throughout each job.Train, coach, and support technicians as needed.What We're Looking ForPrevious mitigation, restoration, or crew-lead experience preferred.Ability to lead a small team efficiently and keep work moving.Strong communication skills with customers, insurance adjusters, project managers, and technicians.Positive, professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.Reliable attendance, dependable transportation, and a valid driver's license.Ability to work safely, lift and carry materials and equipment, and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn SERVPRO procedures.Clean, professional appearance appropriate for customer-facing job sites.Ability to pass required pre-employment screening.Schedule & CompensationFull-time W-2 employee positionApproximately 35–40 hours per weekTypical schedule is Monday through FridayMust be available for after-hours and weekend work when neededAdditional compensation incentives are available for qualifying after-hours and weekend workPay is based on experienceThe first 90 days are an introductory period, with reviews at approximately 30 and 90 daysFull-Time Benefits & Career GrowthMedical insuranceDental and vision plan optionsIRA retirement planLife insurancePaid holidaysPaid industry certifications and training opportunitiesClear career-growth path, with opportunities to advance into a Production Manager roleTo ApplySend your work history and contact information to SERVPRO of Bountiful.
