As an Intake Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients feel supported and valued from their very first interaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and organizing client information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serving as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Managing and maintaining client records in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings the following skills and qualifications to the table:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative, customer service, or intake role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
