The Opportunity Flippa is the world’s largest marketplace to buy and sell online businesses. We are currently expanding our global footprint by building an elite channel of Commission-Only Licensees. As a Flippa Partner, you aren't just a broker; you are an independent business owner backed by the most powerful tech stack in the industry. You will own your book of business and lead transactions end-to-end, supported by Flippa’s massive brand equity and our proprietary BrokerAI technology. This role is designed for high-performers who want the autonomy of an entrepreneur with the lead flow and infrastructure of a global market leader. The Flippa Advantage: Tech-Enabled Dealmaking Unlike traditional brokerage roles, we remove the administrative friction. You will have exclusive access to BrokerAI, our suite of advanced tools designed to accelerate your velocity: Automated Demand Generation: AI-driven matching of your listings to our global database of 600,000+ active buyers. Instant IM Builder: Generate high-quality Information Memorandums in a fraction of the time. Advanced Buyer Scoring: Focus your energy on the most qualified leads through automated intent and proof-of-funds tracking. Global Lead Flow: Benefit from a guaranteed floor of at least 25 qualified leads per month. Your Role as a Strategic Partner Transaction Leadership: Lead sell-side and buy-side mandates including valuation, strategic positioning, and due diligence. Business Origination: Leverage your existing network and community to source high-value digital assets (SaaS, Ecommerce, Apps, and Content sites). Client Advisory: Act as the primary advisor for founders, helping them navigate exit strategies and maximize their valuation on the Flippa platform. Ecosystem Integration: Utilize Flippa’s internal legal, marketing, and payment (Escrow) frameworks to ensure seamless deal closures. Who You Are (Qualification Criteria) To maintain the highest standards of representation, candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria: Ex-Founder / Entrepreneur: You’ve built, scaled, and ideally exited your own company. You speak the founder’s language. Digital Business Expert: You possess an extraordinary understanding of digital business models (SaaS metrics, LTV/CAC, Amazon FBA, or AdTech). Experienced M&A Professional: You have a track record in business brokerage or investment banking. The X-Factor: You can demonstrate active access to a community of founders, investors, or business owners. Compensation & Structure This is an Independent Contractor (Commission-Only) position. There is no base salary, offering an uncapped earning potential for those who can close. High Performance Splits: Earn premium commission rates on deals you source and list. Supported Splits: Competitive commission rates on deals closed from Flippa-provided leads. Zero Overhead: Use our brand, our tech stack, and our legal frameworks to run your business.
