Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist

Description Spherion Gainesville, FL has a local client seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist. This position will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and oversee all onboarding, credentialing, and new hire administration activities! In this role, the specialist will partner with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with federal, state, company, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to create seamless transitions from applicants to employees. Position: Direct Hire! Permanent, full-time position Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 Benefits: Robust benefit package available Provide full-cycle recruitment by managing every step of the recruitment process.
